Strong track record directing major projects in state-of-art technology including fiber optics, video, office and factory automation, networks, telecommunications and systems integration. SPECIFIC POWERLINE EXPERTISE: Specialist in Powerline Communications (PLC) and a former Director of the International Powerline Communications Forum. Expert International Liaison for PLC activities worldwide, including technological assessment, standardization and regulatory issues. Extensive experience as consultant, advisor and guide through the process of setting up new business for prospective PLC companies.

Dr. Peter H. Krawarik is the founder and principal of Systems Physics Consultants, a company registered in Vienna, AUSTRIA. Many projects, several of those in the PLC area, continue to enhance the effectiveness of the consultancy. Director of Communications. Building up the Florence site of the European Institute of Technology, for massive parallel computing applications using workstations.

AT&T, New Jersey locations 1983 - 1991

Technical Manager. Several positions with corporate scope: cost center responsibilities, business planning, R&D, organizational design, technology assessment and integration, and operations.

Western Electric Co., Inc. and Bell Labs Holmdel, NJ 1979 - 1982

Project Manager . Supervisory positions in Corporate Product Planning and Management in Bell Laboratories. Proposed solutions to customer applications, started required development work and led special high visibility fiber optics and video systems projects.

Western Electric Co., Inc. ERC Princeton, NJ 1970 - 1978

Member of Research Staff at the Engineering Research Center, working on diagnostic measurement methods and test set automation in fiber optics and technology transfer into manufacture.

EDUCATION: Ph.D in Physics and Mathematics, University of Vienna, AUSTRIA, 1965; over 70 courses since in technical and management fields.

PUBLICATIONS: Over 40 papers and presentations in fields of electronic, acoustic and optical measurement, computer software, fiber optics and communications projects and systems. In recent years chaired conferences and gave presentations in Access Technologies and Power line.
